The Impact of Identifying the Customer Groups on Profitability

The banking industry of Iran has a determinate role in economic activities. The banks can give service to the customers based on the scores of each customer and the class that each customer is placed in by putting the customers in order and priority. This research has been done with the aim of investigation of the effect of identifying customer groups on bank profitability. The results showed that classification of customers based on deposit remained with the bank and the characters of customers on bank profitability is effective, and also there’s a significant positive relationships between customer knowledge development, receiving customer data, detection of customer's values, customer interaction, customers satisfaction, and bank profitability. In general there’s a significant positive relationships between customer relationship management (CRM) and bank profitability.
