SWOT and AHP hybrid model in marketing

The purpose of this study was to employed the SWOT and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model to, first, prioritize strengths, weaknesses, threats, and weaknesses sport clubs, and, secondly, evaluate the alternatives of sports (racing, competitive, skill sports) between athletes. The methodology of this study was to prioritize strengths, weaknesses, threats, and weaknesses sport clubs with respect to decision making factors of using of the AHP for selection of the best alternative in the decision tree with multiple criteria. The investigating criteria items had been analyzed by the questionnaire which has been answered by 58 coaches in sport clubs. Based on our analysis of the AHP questionnaire, we established the weights of each kind of factors. This study is SWOT and AHP hybrid model that analyzed in Super Decisions software.
